Are Told You play the TV too Loud

If you’ve experienced changes in your hearing, the first step toward better hearing is having your hearing tested.
What you Can Expect During Your Hearing Test Evaluation

At Specialized Hearing Instruments, our certified specialist will perform a comprehensive hearing test evaluation, which consists of several steps; all of which are noninvasive and painless. Our specialist will review your test results and answer all of your questions. If your test results indicate a hearing loss, we will walk you through all your options. If hearing aids are indicated, then take heart; we will simplify the process by helping you to select the best hearing device model, style and technology level that best suits your hearing loss, life style and budget.

We pledge to do our very best for you, and provide you with the best possible service.

We’ll Get to Know More About You

First, you'll sit down with your hearing specialist to talk about your hearing, and lifestyle. He will ask you questions about your day-to-day life: What do you do for a living? Do you like listening to music? Do you like to travel?

This process helps to understand how you are experiencing hearing loss and the possible cause of your hearing difficulty.

The Hearing Test

Next, you'll be given a hearing test to assess your hearing in both ears. Our specialist will perform a physical examination of your ears and test your hearing to find out how well you hear across the noise spectrum. We’ll also test how well you can hear speech in noise.

Your hearing specialist will explain the results of the evaluation in detail. If your hearing test indicates a loss, your hearing specialist will recommend the next step and help you consider a hearing aid that suited to your hearing loss and needs.
