Our Mission Statement is to provide the best possible hearing care services and by making a pledge to always strive to do our very best for our patients. We will accomplish these goals in several ways; by being honest and forthright, by making a medical referral when indicated by the test results, by using prescriptive fitting protocols that verifies the hearing instruments are properly fitted to the patient’s individual requirements based on their specific hearing loss and by providing professional follow-up care after the hearing aids are properly fitted and programmed. Because hearing instruments are such a personal device it is important to receive proper follow-up care. Keeping the instruments clean is the first line of defense to help insure that they will perform properly and last longer. A properly verified hearing aid fitting and professional follow-up care is our mission for the hearing-impaired public in our community.

Our outstanding customer service is the linchpin to your successful experience with hearing aids. Hearing aids are very personal devices that require continual care. We believe that a professional hearing aid provider should be someone you can develop a long-term relationship with to provide service and care over the coming years. Hearing instruments are required to be physically fitted to the patient’s ears; moreover, hearing instruments are required to be programed and fine tuned to the individual’s hearing loss and hearing environment. As time goes by the hearing aids become subject to environmental elements, earwax, and moisture. These elements, if not kept in check, can cause the hearing instruments to lose their tuning, become weak and out of adjustment. Therefore, having a hearing care provider who is always available to provide continual service is of great value to you, the patient, for consistent benefit over the long-term.
